Charlton Athletic were held to a 1-1 draw by Gillingham today and many Addicks supporters have been left frustrated by striker Omar Bogle.

Bogle started up top for the south London side from the start but produced a lacklustre display at Priestfield.

The 26-year-old didn't manage a single shot in his 66 minutes on the pitch, with his biggest contribution winning a penalty before half-time that was missed by Conor Washington.

Bogle was involved in a disagreement with Washington over who should take the spot-kick, which it seems may have led to his teammate failing to find the net.

Gillingham were awarded a penalty of their own with less than 20 minutes to go and Jordan Graham made no mistake to give them the lead.

Substitute Chuks Aneke pulled Lee Bowyer's men back level in the 82nd minute but they were unable to find a go-ahead goal, meaning their run of six League One wins in a row came to an end.

That has clearly frustrated the Valley faithful and they appear to have singled out Bogle for criticism, as a result of both his performance and the disagreement with Washington.
