Norwich City are back in the Sky Bet Championship for another season after their latest unsuccessful attempt at staying in the Premier League last year.

The Canaries have found themselves proving to be a bit of a yo-yo club in recent seasons, with them regularly being too good for the Championship and then unfortunately not good enough in the Premier League.

It's a bit of a mystery to many and, in that sense, it's one that the Yellows will want to continue for at least this campaign coming as they aim to win promotion once more, this time under Dean Smith.

They take on Cardiff this weekend, and this is how they could line up:

Dean Smith has already reported that Adam Idah is about a month away from full fitness and so the striker is naturally set to miss out here.

Even so, Norwich have a talented side and one that should be able to challenge for promotion this season, starting with what they hope is a positive result against the Welsh side.

Indeed, players like Teemu Pukki have shown before the level they can reach in the Championship, whilst the likes of Max Aarons and Kenny McLean are players with also plenty of quality for this level.

Todd Cantwell will be an interesting one to watch as well, as he looks to re-establish himself at Carrow Road.
