Paris Saint-Germain’s Haitian forward, Jean-Eudes Maurice is currently on trial with Millwall.
28 year-old, Jean-Eudes Maurice has linked up with Millwall for their pre season tour. He is likely to be tested in an intra-squad friendly as Ian Holloway looks to improve his attacking options at the Den.
Maurice has played for PSG since 2008 but has only been able to make 52 appearances during his time with the Paris based club. Maurice has twice been sent out on loan by the French giants, first with Lens in 2011/12 and secondly with Le Mans in the following season. The forward scored just once in 27 appearances across those two loan spells.
Maurice spent last season as a reserve player at the Parc des Princes, featuring just once for Laurent Blanc’s side. The forward has scored ten times in just 15 appearances with Haiti at international level. Maurice is now looking to try his luck away from the French capital.
Jean-Eudes Maurice is just one of several forward that Ian Holloway is said to be looking at ahead of the coming season. Leeds striker Matt Smith is also of interest to the former Blackpool and Crystal Palace manager according to the Yorkshire Post.
