Swansea have confirmed the signing of Conor Gallagher from Chelsea on a loan deal until the end of the season, subject to international clearance.

The 19-year-old makes the switch to the Liberty Stadium after spending the first half of the 2019-20 campaign on loan at Charlton Athletic.

After scoring six goals for the Addicks in 26 appearances, Gallagher was recalled by his parent club, Chelsea, at the start of this week.

The Swans have now managed to secure the midfielder's signature until the season's close, and the 19-year-old should be available for the club's next league fixture against Wigan Athletic this Saturday.
