Writing in his regular EFL Predictions Column, David Prutton has revealed his take on some of the biggest games in the Football League taking place tonight.

The Sky Sports pundit is a well-known face of the broadcaster's EFL coverage and has been taken a look at the likes of Cardiff v Leeds and Burton Albion v Aston Villa ahead of kick-off tonight.

One other game he has predicted, too, is Brentford v Derby at Griffin Park.

The Bees come into the game after finally getting a win under their belts last time out against Bolton, whilst the Rams are coming into it on the back of a draw at home to Birmingham.

You might think, then, that the London club is going to take three points but Prutton cannot call it and instead sees a 1-1 draw happening.

Indeed, he reckons that the Rams might have it tough against the Bees but that will still not be enough to see one side come out with three points.

It's an interesting take but with Brentford in better form and arguably playing some better football right now, plus they are at home, you have to consider that a win for them could be likely.

The Verdict

The Rams are frustrating to watch and that could just fall into Brentford's hands and allow them to win this game.

They are playing as well as they have all season and it looks as though that if they can start brightly they will get their second win of the campaign.
