Nottingham Forest defender Scott McKenna has come in for praise on social media as the Reds battle to get out of another poor run of results.
Chris Hughton’s time at the City Ground has rather stumbled along so far with some good signs but also far too many bad ones.
Of course, he needs time to get things going and get in the players he wants with many struggling to impress at the moment in Garibaldi red.
However, one man that does appear to be getting a few plaudits is McKenna, with him arriving in the last transfer window and putting in some decent displays in defence.
Some fans weren’t too sure on his comments over the team controlling games of late, but there has been praise for his individual showings.
Let’s take a look at what has been said:
“As much as it is hurting us all right now, that is three defeats in a row which isn’t good enough for this football club, we are controlling games and keeping possession but we just need to put the ball in the back of the net."

We are not controlling anything. Less possesion than Swansea, less shots, less passes, less corners, one shot on target. More mistakes. Sorry lad, not sure where you're coming from with that statement. Please define 'controlling'.

Really like Mckenna, brilliant signing, but dont agree with his statement. I cant actually remember a game that we controlled. We dont look like scoring EVER

Disagree not controlling games at all need to up the tempo get the ball moving faster and need ot more movement off the ball ..the look fat unfit and sluggish

I would personally bring in more players from the Under 23’s and I’d start Swann on Wednesday against Watford why not we’ve lost 3 on the bounce and we need something to get out of this bad form

He's pretty astute is Scott, of all the new signings he seems to be the only one who wants to win football games, the rest are here for the money we pay.

Controlling games? We all know different. We don't ever look like scoring! #NFFC

We haven't been controlling games. Controlling games is scoring more than your opponent and staying in front

Like to see McKenna and Worrall as a partnership soon as Joe is fit. But we need to find the right mix for the six in front of the back four.

Only lad that's been putting shifts in game after game!

Warburton? Karanka? Who was the Nottingham Forest manager when each of these 15 Forest moments happened?
McKenna has done a decent job so far but will be hoping for results to turn around soon as Forest have lost so much ground already this season in the standings.
