Sam Clucas is set to join the long list of players leaving Hull City this summer, with a host of Premier League clubs looking to sign the midfielder, reports the Mirror’s live blog (21/6, 16:51).

Following Hull’s relegation from the Premier League last season, a number of high-profile departures are expected, with Curtis Davies and Harry Maguire two that have departed already this summer, joining Derby County and Leicester City respectively.

Clucas is expected to follow the duo out of the KCOM Stadium, with Leicester, Burnley and Swansea City looking to sign the 26-year old this summer.

The midfielder joined Hull for around £1m ahead of the 2015/16 campaign, and after just two years at the club, the Tigers are hoping to receive £12m from his sale this summer.

During his two seasons with Hull, Clucas has made almost 100 appearances for the Tigers and scored nine goals.

Last season Clucas featured in 37 of Hull’s 38 Premier League fixtures, and despite the club’s relegation, the midfielder impressed, which has alerted Premier League clubs to his current situation.

Clucas is not expected to be the last high-profile player to leave the KCOM Stadium this summer, with Andrew Robertson attracting interest from Premier League clubs including Burnley and Liverpool.
