QPR have agreed a fee with Swansea City for their midfielder Leroy Fer, according to Sky Sports News HQ.
The clubs have been in negotiations for the midfielder last week and have finally agreed a fee of £4.75 million for a second spell with the Welsh side.
Fer spent the second half of last season on loan in South Wales and was keen to return to the Premier League side following his return to Loftus Road.
The 26-year-old Dutchman made 11 appearances for the Swans and impressed Italian boss Francesco Guidolin during his stay.
The deal is expected to be concluded in the next 24-48 hours prior to the midfielder passing a medical and signing a contract.
Fer will link up with his teams mates as they prepare for their round of pre-season fixtures in the USA, while QPR’s Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink will be in the market for a new midfielder.
