According to The Hertfordshire Mercury, Watford and West Bromwich Albion are both interested in signing Tom Huddlestone this summer.

Following Hull City's relegation to the Championship, the Tigers face a battle to keep some of their star players, including Tom Huddlestone.

Tom Huddlestone has been a regular in Hull's side over the past four seasons after joining from Tottenham Hotspur in summer 2013.

The towering and dominant central midfielder has played over 150 games for Hull during his spell with the club but is now being linked with a return to the top flight.

The 30-year-old might be tempted to reunite with Marco Silva at Watford; the former Hull boss left to join the Hornets after his side were relegated to the Championship at the end of the 2016/17 season.

There is also likely to be interest from West Brom.

Tony Pulis is keen to bring the former England international - who has four caps to his name - to the Hawthorns to reunite with current England international Jake Livermore in central midfield.

Huddlestone could be seen as a replacement for Darren Fletcher, who recently joined Stoke City on a free transfer.

New Hull boss Leonid Slutsky now faces a battle to hold onto Hull City's reliable midfielder and may be forced to look at alternative options if the former Derby County academy product does decide to return to the Premier League.
