West Bromwich Albion and Hull City are interested in signing Blackburn Rovers captain Jason Lowe, according to The Daily Mail.
Jason Lowe’s contract with Blackburn Rovers expires in the summer and he will be available on a free transfer at the end of the season if he is not offered a renewed deal.
The versatile man plays predominantly as a central midfielder but he is also capable of playing at right back.
The 25-year-old has been with Blackburn since he was 12 and progressed through the academy into the first team.
With 40 games under his belt this season, the former England under-21 international has amassed just shy of 200 total senior appearances for Rovers in his career.
He assumed captaincy responsibilities for the first time this season but his contract is due to expire at the end of the current campaign, where Blackburn are desperately trying to stay up.
Premier League duo West Brom and Hull are weighing up summer moves for Lowe, who will be free to join another team if he does not sign a new deal.
