Blackburn Rovers have completed their second signing of the summer transfer window, after announcing the signing of midfielder Bradley Johnson from Championship rivals Derby County.

Deespite still being under contract with Derby at the end of the season, Johnson has joined Tony Mowbray's side on a free transfer, putting pen to paper on a two year deal at Ewood Park.

Having joined The Rams from Norwich City in the summer of 2015, the midfielder went onto make a total of 140 appearances and score 14 goals in all competitions during four year spell at Pride Park, helping the club to the Championship play-off final last season.

The 32-year-old is set to train with his new side today ahead of their opening pre season friendly away to non league Barrow on Saturday.
