West Brom manager Tony Pulis has admitted that signing Leeds United man Charlie Taylor could prove problematic, according to a report in a Birmingham Mail.
The impressive left back has been linked with a move to the Hawthorns this week, but Pulis has admitted that despite being interested in the defender, the fact any deal would go to a tribunal could be a problem.
“He’s one of the players we’re looking at in respect of left-backs but he’s not the only one,” Pulis said.
“He’s a possibility. The problem with that one is it would go to a tribunal so we’re not exactly sure what the fee would be. So that would be a difficult one but he’s one we have talked about.”
Taylor has been in impressive form for Leeds for the majority of the Championship campaign, in which Leeds have just fallen short of making the playoffs over the last few weeks of the season.
A move to the Premier League has long been touted for the left back, and it now appears he could well get his move this summer, much to the dismay of the Elland Road faithful no doubt.
