Kenny Jackett has recently got his Portsmouth side into some good form, and his squad has now been boosted with three key returns from injury, reported by the Portsmouth News.

Ross McCrorie, Sean Raggett and Tom Naylor are the players that have left the treatment room at Fratton Park and have got themselves back on to the training pitch, providing Jackett with a slight selection headache.

While Jackett will be left to think over which players he selects for his midfield and defence in the near future, the Portsmouth fans will be delighted to hear that three of their players have returned from injury and will be available for a return to action by the weekend at the very latest.

The trio will add depth to the Pompey squad and give Jackett some extra options to use, with all three of them having featured prominently before their injuries.

Portsmouth fans have taken a liking to the three this season, with them all putting in good performances as they have helped the League One side rise up the table and begin to eye up the play-off places.

The defence at Fratton Park has been consistent across the past couple of months as Jackett has seemingly managed to get the best out of the players who are there to protect their goal, and their organisation, as well as the leadership that the three bring to the players around them, is crucial in Portsmouth's rise up the table.

The supporters on the south coast are accustomed to the passing style that Jackett has adopted since he took charge at Fratton Park in 2017. While the returning trio can all do the dirty side of the game, they are also more than capable of fitting into the style of play that Jackett likes to utilise.
