Marcelo Bielsa has revealed that Izzy Brown’s wait for a Leeds United debut will go on, with Tyler Roberts set to replace Kemar Roofe in the starting XI this weekend against Bolton Wanderers.

Leeds welcome Bolton to Elland Road on Saturday afternoon, with Bielsa set to line up without 14-goal forward Roofe, who suffered knee ligament damage in the 2-1 win over Swansea City last week.

It’s been confirmed to Phil Hay at the Yorkshire Evening Post that Roberts will replace Roofe in the starting XI, with the 20-year-old set to support Patrick Bamford from the No.10 position.

Of course, that means Brown will be missing from the starting XI, much to the frustration of some, who are desperate to see the Chelsea loanee make his debut for the club.

And, Bielsa’s insight into his team news created plenty of reaction across social media.
