Leeds United defender Pontus Jansson has once again jumped into social media conversation by taking a swipe at Bristol City manager Lee Johnson.
Following the Whites’ 1-0 win at Ashton Gate today, Robins boss Johnson insisted after the game that he’d ‘love to play’ Leeds in the play-offs if the chance arises, clearly confident of getting a win despite seeing his team lose twice this season already to Bielsa’s men.
And Leeds defender Jansson appeared in no mood for Johnson’s comments, taking time out on Twitter to respond to Phil Hay and call Johnson out on his comments.
Same guy who said Ayling isn’t good enough for Championship ????????????

For Johnson to pass comment like this is clearly something which has brought a chuckle to the face of Jansson, who was once again in fine form during what was a crucial win for the Whites this afternoon.
Jansson’s mention of Ayling comes as a result of Johnson allowing the former Yeovil defender to move away from the club a few seasons ago, a decision which now looks a foolish one given Ayling’s development into one of the finest right backs in the Championship.
You just have to love Jansson, don’t you?
He is turning into Mr Leeds really, and when you look into this as more than just passing comment, it’s clear he is always willing to stick up for his teammates.
Jansson is superb, both on and off the pitch, and this only further puts him in the good books of Leeds fans.
