Bristol City climbed to within three points of the automatic promotion places by beating Derby County on Wednesday night.

It was a special night for Robins forward Nahki Wells, who scored his first goal for the club by nestling a header into the top corner.

The goal came on the striker's first start for Bristol City and he played a massive part in helping the side come away with all three points from the fixture.

Having scored 13 goals on loan at Queens Park Rangers earlier in the campaign, Lee Johnson knew what he was going to get from Wells in terms of goals. His signing could be a game-changer for the City in the race for promotion.

Now, Bristol City sit just three points behind second-placed Leeds United with just 14 games left to play of the season. On the weekend the Robins travel to Elland Road knowing a victory could put them level on points with Marcelo Bielsa's side.

Here's how Robins supporters reacted to Wells' performance and first goal for the club...
