Tottenham Hotspur defender Jonathan Dinzeyi is reportedly having a trial with QPR, which has drawn a mixed response from fans of the west London club.

The 20-year-old featured for the QPR U23s against Coventry City U23s in the Professional Development League yesterday and played a key role in helping them grab their fourth win of the campaign.

Dinzeyi put QPR ahead in the 11th minute with Aramide Oteh sealing a 2-0 win in the second half.

According to West London Sport, the defender, who has attracted interest from multiple clubs in recent months, is having a trial with the R's.

A big, physical centre-back, Dinzeyi was born in North London and is a product of the Spurs academy system.

The 20-year-old has developed through the U18s and U23s sides at the Premier League club, making more than 60 combined appearances.

His potential has also been recognised on the international stage, having featured four times for the England U18s.

Despite that experience, Dinzeyi has not get been given an opportunity for the Spurs senior side and it now appears that his time at the club may be coming to an end.
