Manchester United loanee James Garner has taken to Twitter to send a message after his goal helped Nottingham Forest beat QPR yesterday, with many Reds supporters quick to respond.

The 20-year-old joined Forest on loan in January and has been fantastic so far, quickly cementing himself as a key man in Chris Hughton's midfield.

Garner joined Watford on loan in the summer but opportunities there proved hard to come by and that move was cut short before he was sent to the City Ground.

The Man United man certainly seems to be enjoying his football with the East Midlands club and grabbed his third goal for the Reds as he helped them beat QPR 3-1 yesterday before sending a message on Twitter after the game.

The midfielder is due to return to Man United in the summer and it seems as if Forest may struggle to get him back on loan next term.

His agent, Triple S Sports & Entertainment owner Steven Beck, has revealed that Brighton, Norwich, and Rangers are all keen – which would mean Garner would have a chance to prove himself at a higher level.

The former duo both look likely to be Premier League players next term, while Steven Gerrard's Rangers are SPFL champions and will be playing in Europe.

It seems he's a popular figure among the Forest faithful, though, with many supporters quick to respond to his post and call for him to return in the future.
