Sheffield Wednesday striker Atdhe Nuhiu has recently been linked with a move to Macedonia champions KF Shkendija, as per reports from Albanian news outlet Lajm.

The 29-year-old has certainly divided opinions amongst the Hillsborough faithful since his move from Eskisehirspor in 2013, and failed to make an impact under Steve Bruce last season.

The Kosovo international found the net just five times in all competitions last term, adding to his tally of 43 goals in a total of in over 220 appearances for the Owls.

With only a year left on his current deal with the Yorkshire club, Nuhiu is believed to be a wanted man, with Macedonian champions KF Shkendija reportedly interested in signing the towering forward ahead of their Champions League qualifying campaign.
