It has been a thrilling season for Leeds United, giving their fans a sense of excitement that they have not felt for a very long time.

A lot of credit must go to Marcelo Bielsa.

The Argentinian came in during the summer of 2018 and instead of tearing up the squad and rebuilding, decided it would be best to work with what he already had, making a few minor tweaks here and there.

The likes of Mateusz Klich, Gjanni Alioski and Kemar Roofe have all improved significantly but it is not just in the first team where his impact has been felt.

Bielsa peered into the Under 23's and under 18's and saw some top players who could really contribute to the first-team, with Jack Clarke being the big beneficiary.

Two goals and two assists since being handed his debut against Brentford back in October have propelled the youngster into the public eye with many marking him as the next must-have English talent.

Bournemouth are the latest club to register an interest in him with Football Insider suggesting that they value the winger at as much as £10million.

Today's transfer values have been skewed beyond belief, but £10million is surely overpriced?

Clarke has a long way to go yet in order to prove he is worthy of such a hefty fee being lumped on him.

For starters, he needs to add more goals and assists. Whilst he is great at getting to a by-line or working a shooting chance, the end product is not as reliable as it needs to be.

He is also yet to prove he can perform consistently for 90 minutes. He has looked a threat from the bench and sometimes when starting, but considering he has only completed one full match should raise a few question marks from watching clubs.

A spell out of the side with illness will not have helped his case and it is yet to be seen how big an impact that has had on his abilities.

It may have done nothing to hinder him, but until that is known valuing him at £10million is a very risky game from Bournemouth.

Another season at Elland Road where he will surely be given the chance to start more regularly, assuming Bielsa is still in charge, and that value could well sky-rocket.
