Sheffield Wednesday are currently in the midst of what looks like another successful season, and they will be hoping to go one better than last year's playoff final loss this time around.

Manager Carlos Carvalhal has managed to assemble an excellent squad of players, players who in the main have cost a fair bit of money as he looks to get the Owls promoted.

Jordan Rhodes was the big money buy in January, but the Owls squad does already possess other players who's talents could see them to the Premier League.

With so much ability in the squad, it does beg the question that if Wednesday weren't promoted this time round, then would they keep hold of all their assets?

So, with this in mind, we have taken a look at TWO Sheffield Wednesday players who could be in the top flight in no time...

Sam Hutchinson

Arguably the standout player for the Owls over the past few seasons, Hutchinson is an absolute rock in the middle.

His overall game though is so much more than tackling, and he is a vital part of what the Owls are building at Hillsborough.

Now he is over the worst of his troubling injuries it seems, Premier League clubs could well come sniffing for the tenacious midfielder.

Fernando Forestieri

One of the finest attacking talents in the Championship is the diminutive striker Forestieri.

When on form, which he is at the moment, he has the talent to trouble even the most battled hardened defence.

It is this sort ability which is bound to attract attention, and he could well find himself the subject of plenty of Premier League interest come the summer.
