Norwich City have had an impressive start to the season when not much was expected from them.

Daniel Farke’s men have won five and drawn three of their opening 12 matches and sit in a respectable ninth place heading into the second international break of the campaign.

Defeat to Stoke halted their six-match unbeaten run this past weekend.

A trip to the City Ground to take on Nottingham Forest is awaiting them when the Championship continues in a couple of weeks.

It will be mid-October when the league resumes, and thoughts to the January transfer window will soon be creeping back into the minds of football fans up and down the country.

Norwich will undoubtedly be preparing a list of targets ahead of the winter transfer window to be as well prepared as possible heading into the New Year.

With that said, here is the perfect double deal for the Canaries with one new player arriving and another departing.

The winger arrived from Wolves after an impressive loan spell at Millwall in the second half of last season.

But the move has not worked out, with the winger only making four appearances this term.

In three of those games, he has been deployed in a right-back role and been unable to nail down a first team place, even missing out on the bench.

Having to make do with U23 appearances, Norwich could cut their losses and let the winger leave at the right price in January.

The dynamic Fulham winger is a player who would become a fans’ favourite at Carrow Road and surely fits the mould of the wing players that the club’s supporters like to see at their club.

Aboubakar Kamara has only made three substitute appearances in the Premier League for the London club and could be a potential target.

He can play out wide or in an attacking role, and can even be deployed as a striker if needed.

His versatility would make him an astute signing for Daniel Farke should he be inclined to pursue any move.
