Leeds United will be looking to keep their promotion hopes very much alive and on track this evening as they take on Luton Town at Elland Road.

The men from Yorkshire are leading the way and, after a big win over Fulham at the weekend, they will be confident that this season is finally the one where they achieve a Premier League return.

One man that seems unlikely to play much of a part at all in the run-in, though, is Jean-Kevin Augustin with it even possible that his current loan deal is not going to be extended.

This comes from Phil Hay, who has been speaking with a fan online:

The Verdict

The Whites were rightly excited when they saw that Jean-Kevin Augustin was joining their club in the January transfer window but since things have proven rather anti-climactic to say the very least.

There have been issues with injuries and fitness and it looks as though the Whites aren't particularly keen to keep him on, as well as him proving expensive if they took him on a permanent basis.

It's been a real mess, and fans will hope that the club can just get out of it with their noses as clean as possible.
