Peter Taylor has signed a new one year deal with Gillingham.
Taylor replaced former manager Martin Allen in October, with the club then struggling in the League following promotion from League 2.
Taylor stated to BBC Radio Kent following Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Shrewsbury Town.
“I’m really pleased that I’ve had the opportunity to come to Priestfield.
“And I’m really pleased with the way it’s worked out because we stayed in the division. I think that’s progress.”
