Leeds United are gearing up for an exciting summer with a big-name manager lined up and proven Championship players linked with moves to Elland Road.

After a difficult season last time out, owner Andrea Radrizzani made the decision to sack Paul Heckingbottom last month and it trying to conclude a sensational deal that would make Marcelo Bielsa the new Whites boss.

As well as that, they are believed to be chasing Kyle Bartley and Abel Hernandez as the club look to make a real go at going for promotion.

Here we look at six players that could join what could be a new-look Leeds United by August...

After Felix Wiedwald's disastrous first season in English football, the Whites might be on the lookout for a domestic goalkeeper this summer and Stockdale is available.

He is a proven winner at this level and a solid addition in a key position.

Malcuit has worked with Bielsa at Lille and could be a target if the Argentinian lands the job.

He is a very attack-minded full-back and would fit into the style of play that the potential new boss would demand.

Leeds fans know all about Bartley and understand just what a big signing he would be.

He was superb at the back for them under Garry Monk and is the dominant leader they need at the back. He may also bring the best out of Pontus Jansson too.

McGinn is a very tidy player and would suit a possession based style.

As well as that, he's not afraid to put his foot in and at 23-years old is only going to get better.

Leeds are seriously lacking a natural goalscorer up top and probably need two strikers this summer.

Marriott, who scored 27 goals in League One last season, is capable of playing in the Championship and could flourish with the likes of Samuel Saiz and Pablo Hernandez providing for him.

The Whites are heavily linked with Hernandez and he would be a real statement signing.

The wages will be huge but he has proven in his time at Hull that he can be one of the best forwards in this division and he could easily be the man to fire the Yorkshire side to promotion if he joins.
