Wigan striker Kieffer Moore played a crucial role as Wales managed to beat Azerbaijan 2-0 to ensure they still have an opportunity of automatic qualification for the European Championships.
Moore was terrific throughout and netted the first goal of the game as he headed home Harry Wilson’s corner in the 10th minute of the fixture.
The victory meant that Wales are now one victory away from qualification, and they face a home tie with Hungary to decide their fate.
The 27-year-old is becoming a key part of Ryan Giggs’ Wales side and he has become a regular starter alongside Real Madrid star Gareth Bale.
It has come as somewhat of a surprise to some Wigan supporters to have seen Moore become so vital on the international stage, as the forward has scored just once for the Latics in his 14 appearances so far in this current campaign.
With Moore helping the Welsh international team once again, here’s how Wigan fans reacted to the strikers impressive performance…
Will Kieffer Moore score 10 or more goals this season?

Kieffer Moore was MOTM yesterday according to quite a lot of ppl. Cook has to realise he's got a strong hard working talent there and has to change his tactics if he's gonna get the best from him #wafc

Kieffer Moore scoring again, clearly us that are making him look bad 😂 #wafc

Turns out Kieffer Moore plays better when Gareth Bale is behind him.
Who’d have thought?#WAFC

That’s one thing we agree on Debs. He’s class but Paul Cook has never played to his strengths. Wingers like Massey and Jacobs never get crosses into the box for him! He has to play with his back to goal 40 yards out!!

We don't play to his strengths or put good enough crosses in

Said it before he's underrated at wigan by the fans.
