‘Pathetic’ – Plenty of Sheffield Wednesday fans fume at key figure after defeat to Huddersfield Town

Sheffield Wednesday were left frustrating on Tuesday, as they fell to a disappointing 2-0 defeat against Huddersfield Town.
The Owls fell behind early on, with Josh Koroma opening the scoring for the home side, with that lead being doubled just 13 minutes later, as Isaac Mbenza fired home a free-kick.
Huddersfield could have made it 3-0 shortly after half-time, but Juninho Bacuna missed the target with his penalty-kick.
Sheffield Wednesday showed slight improvement towards the later stages of the contest, but were unable to find the goal they needed to get back into the game.
It’s not been the start to his tenure that Sheffield Wednesday boss Tony Pulis would have had in mind, with his side sat bottom of the Championship table, and four points adrift of safety.
Plenty of Sheffield Wednesday supporters took to social media to aim their frustrations at Pulis following the defeat to Huddersfield Town on Tuesday evening.
Take a look at the best of the reaction from Twitter below….
Wonder how many changes he will make at the weekend then. His timing of the subs tonight was a joke.

Throwing his players under the bus already. Does the same thing at every club. Can't be anything to do with his management style or tactics can it.

Pathetic. Players and Manager need to take a hard look at themselves after that performance tonight. No logic between the lot of them . Embarrassment to the club

Pathetic team performance again. I don't envy Pulis in this horror show but his substitutions are far too late again. We'd still lose don't get me wrong…

4 points out of a possible 21. The golden Thai elephant outside Hillsborough would be a better manager than Pulis. Just get him out of my club; as if 2020 couldn’t be any worse.

I actually miss Monk not gonna lie. Who woulda thought signing Pulis would change anything? Absolute tragedy
