Leeds United dropped two points at home to Derby County this afternoon as a stoppage time strike from Chris Martin secured a draw for the visitors.

Marcelo Bielsa's side dominated from the first whistle, with the Rams unable to live with the hosts high-intensity approach for much of the first half.

It took an own goal from Max Lowe to give Leeds the lead they deserved, however they spurned several excellent chances to make the points safe, including a second-half penalty from Mateusz Klich.

That ensured a nervy ending, with Phillip Cocu's men gradually growing into the game and they got the point they didn't really merit thanks to a fine effort from Martin. Substitute Jamie Paterson set the target man up after a smart bit of play and he curled in beyond Kiko Casilla.

Given the way Leeds controlled play for large parts, this was a result that has hugely frustrated the support and brought back memories from last season when they failed to capitalise on their dominance in too many games.
