Perhaps the game of the weekend comes at Bramall Lane, with Leeds United travelling south to take on Sheffield United.

Leeds and Sheffield United are both in the mix for promotion in the Championship, with both having an opportunity to make a real statement on Saturday lunchtime.

Here at FLW, we take a tactical look at the contest, starting with the starting XIs we are expecting to see Chris Wilder and Marcelo Bielsa go with:

For the Blades, it will be their usual 3-4-1-2 but we can see Wilder making a few key changes despite an impressive victory over Brentford in the week.

Mark Duffy should come back into the No.10 role, whilst Billy Sharp, who scored three times in two appearances against Leeds last season, is likely to spearhead the Blades’ attack alongside Leon Clarke.

Whilst that attacking trio will cause Leeds problems, it’s likely that we will see Wilder’s side target Leeds’ full-backs – Stuart Dallas and Barry Douglas.

Both are attacking players and will look to get forward, which means that Enda Stevens and Kieron Freeman have the space to attack in behind. We could well see an overload out wide from Wilder’s side, with his wing-backs and centre-backs looking to push forward and create, whilst his central midfielders cover.

We’ve seen Chris Basham, who will feature at right centre-back, score two goals at the back post recently, and we can expect him to be getting into those areas again this weekend, as he looks to take advantage of the space Douglas will vacate:

Bielsa’s Leeds won’t be sitting back at Bramall Lane - they will look to boss possession.

Whilst it’ll look like another 4-1-4-1 on paper, Kalvin Phillips will drop between the centre-backs and create a three-man defence, as we’ve seen on a number of occasions this season.

That will allow Dallas and Douglas the freedom to move forward, which could of course counteract the Blades’ wing-backs and push them back.

Leeds will have identified the space behind Wilder’s wing-backs, with Ezgjan Alioski and Pablo Hernandez expected to pull the Blades’ centre-backs out of position to isolate Kemar Roofe on John Egan.

If the Whites can do that, Roofe, combined with Samu Saiz and Mateusz Klich, could have some joy attacking a disjointed defensive unit:
