It was a good day for Norwich City on Saturday afternoon, as they continued their impressive start to the Championship season with a 3-1 win over Bristol City at Ashton Gate.
Victory over the Robins means that Daniel Farke’s side are now unbeaten in their last five league games – winning four – and they currently sit fourth in the Championship table, just a point off the automatic promotion spots.
One man who particularly stood out for Norwich in Saturday’s win, was Teemu Puuki.
The Fin – who was prolific the last time Norwich were at this level – had endured a slow start to this season, but all that changed on Saturday, as he netted twice inside the opening 15 minutes to set Norwich on their way to victory, and double his own league goals tally for the campaign.
Perhaps not surprisingly therefore, plenty of Norwich fans were keen to express their delight with the 30-year-old, as they took to Twitter to react to that win.
Here, we take a look at what some of those supporters had to say about the striker.
If we're going to challenge for promotion this season our most talented need to be firing. Today Emi, Pukki and Krul were outstanding 🤞🤞 #ncfc

Quality win for #ncfc today! Great to see and hopefully more to come from players like Buendia and Pukki 😍

A win is a win, but today we had the performance to go with it. The three goals and assists were top-drawer, with Buendia's the pick of the bunch. Pukki was back to his old self: brilliant movement off the ball and clinical finishing. Exceptional team display #ncfc #OTBC

Two big saves from Krul helped over the course of the game but felt we controlled over 90 mins. Counter attack was executed well in the second half but we lacked composure to really finish it off. Most assuring element was Buendia/Pukki very close to their optimum levels #NCFC

Massive result would have taken a point at start, still not convinced at defending set pieces needs work. Great to see Pukki looking back sharp again roll on Tuesday could be another win, confidence flowing back #canarycall #ncfc #canaries #norwichcity
