Cardiff’s difficult start to the season continued following a 1-0 defeat by Coventry City at St Andrew’s on Wednesday evening.
It was a third game without victory for the Bluebirds, who’ve netted just once in that period, and slipped to 18th in the Championship standings – their lowest league position since the opening day.
Tyler Walker’s 54th-minute goal was enough in Birmingham as Neil Harris’ side managed only three shots on target throughout the 90 minutes and have now scored just 13 times this term.
Despite leading Cardiff to a top-six finish in his first season, Harris is under pressure having overseen three wins this term, and faces two potentially massive games against Luton and Huddersfield in the coming days, which yet decide his future.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Cardiff fans were absolutely fuming at the result and appear generally fed up with Harris style of football in recent weeks.
Here’s how they’ve reacted to their manager’s post-match comments on Twitter:
Get rid now get in sam allardyce, Eddie Howe, or Chris Coleman please

Were all tired of listening to the same excuses week after week. We let a promotion chasing manager go for one who has never gotten to the premier League. Show some ambition sack him as his tactics don't work! Recruitment also a shambles going backwards until something changes.

Haven't we heard this after almost every match. Harris now admits he has been picking players who are not performing. Fact – there is no tactics that is working, fact – there is no ability to change, face- Harris is out of his depth. He does not have the skills to get out of this

Where was the game plan? In the end it was like school yard football. Everybody up and hoof it up to them. Too many players playing either out of position or in areas where they are weaker. Would be interesting for manager to put his plan in envelope and reveal after match

Watched my first Cardiff game when I was 10 I'm now 45. Last night was one of the worst performances during that 35 years. I've bought every match pass on the club TV this season and it's been poor. When fans are allowed back in the stadium how many will bother to buy tickets?

Sorry Neil I hate cursing managers but the football isn’t good at all

— Morgan (@MorganDaviesCCS) November 25, 2020
Enough is enough. Just get rid of him now
