Neil Harris picked up his first point as Cardiff City manager as his side drew 2-2 with Charlton today in an entertaining clash at The Valley.

The ex-Millwall chief was taking charge of his first Bluebirds game in the capital and first-half goals from Conor Gallagher and Jonathan Leko looked as though it would condemn him to defeat.

However, the Welsh side displayed a real fighting spirit and came out with a point to prove after the break.

Despite Junior Hoilett missing a penalty, the visitors kept going and Nathaniel Mendez-Laing halved the deficit. And, substitute Lee Tomlin got Cardiff back on level terms in the 73rd minute, setting up a grandstand finish.

In truth, both sides had chances to win it but Harris had to settle for a draw ahead of his first home game in charge in the week.

Even though it wasn't the best result, most fans were pleased with the intent shown by the team and here's some of the reaction to the draw from Twitter...
