Dave Robertson’s Peterborough United continue to struggle in League One this season, despite a decent draw against top-of-the-table Gillingham today.

It has been a slow start to the season for Peterborough

A last-minute goal from Jon Taylor secured an unlikely point, after Adedeji Oshilaja scored what looked to be the winner for the Gills in the 85th minute.

The result and point might look good on paper, however the Posh faithful are not happy with the way the club has started this season under Robertson.

In fact, a growing number are becoming more concerned he may not be the right man for the job.

Robertson became caretaker manager in February from Darren Ferguson, who was sacked following a poor run of form towards the end of 2014/15 season with the final straw being a 3-0 defeat to MK Dons.

After his opening win against Bradford City, he became only the second manager in Peterborough history to win their first three games and the future looked bright.

However, with only one win in the last eight games, Peterborough's play-off hopes faded too quickly for many.

The start of this campaign looks to be following that trend with one win on the opening day to show for their efforts thus far. The knifes are being sharpened for ‘Robbo’s’ head it seems, with the midweek 4-1 home defeat to Charlton Athletic in the Capital One Cup not helping his cause.

For how long can Posh chairman Darragh MacAnthony, who handed Robertson a three-year contract, back him? If the club has genuinely play-off ambitions, should they stick or twist with Mr. Dave Robertson?!

The next few weeks will tell us a lot about where the club is heading...
