Tom Lockyer only signed for Charlton in the summer but has already become a regular at centre-back under Lee Bowyer, and made his 300th career appearance on Sunday afternoon against Preston.

And on Monday, he sent an Instagram post to mark the occasion:

The 24-year-old was brought in on a free transfer in the summer as a replacement for the departing Patrick Bauer and has become a regular under Lee Bowyer, making 14 league appearances this season.

It is a season that has also seen him become a regular in the Wales national team, playing the full 90 minutes in each of their last two Euro 2020 qualifiers.

He will be looking to help the Addicks bounce back to winning ways on Saturday, however, when they travel to Millwall after failing to take three points from any of their last three games.

But regardless, he has become a fan favourite at The Valley, and here is what they had to say on his latest message...
