Sunderland face Wycombe Wanderers tomorrow in the League One play-off final.

After four years in League One, they will be hoping they are able to overcome their opponents and return to the Championship, but it looks set to be a competitive game.

The Black Cats finished the league in fifth position just one point ahead of Wycombe and were able to beat Sheffield Wednesday across two semi-final legs to get to the final.

Meanwhile, the Chairboys made it tough for third placed MK Dons and were able to progress into the final.

Both teams will be desperate to come out on top this weekend.

We take a look at how Sunderland may line-up for their final game of the season.

Here, we see an unchanged side from Alex Neil after this 11 got through the first two legs of the play-offs, with any substitutions coming very late in the game.

Patterson has already picked up one clean sheet during the play-offs and will be looking to get another in the final.

Dennis Cirkin, Danny Batth and Bailey Wright make up the back three hoping they can serve their goalkeeper with some good protection.

Jack Clarke, Corry Evans, Luke O'Nien and Lynden Gooch make up the midfield four again. Clarke got an assist in his side's second-leg game, so will be hoping he can contribute to the attacking efforts again.

Alex Pritchard sits in behind Ross Stewart and Patrick Roberts as the three look to add goals to their side's game in the final.

Both Stewart and Roberts scored during the semi-final games in the play-offs and, as Stewart got 25 goals this season, the money will be on him to score again.

Although Alex Neil has signed off a clean bill of health and confirmed that Carl Winchester could be available for the game, it would make more sense to keep him as a reserve on the substitution bench rather than starting him.
