Queens Park Rangers will be hoping to have a productive summer this year in the transfer market as they look to build up their squad.

The Hoops will be pleased enough with how this season has gone and they'll be aiming to finish as high as possible in the final weeks of the campaign to go into the off-season on a positive footing.

Certainly, it'll be interesting to see who they target in the window with Football League World revealing that Alex Pritchard remains a player that Mark Warburton is keen on.

Who would be the winner and loser of the potential deal, though? We take a look...

Winner - Alex Pritchard

Might it seem easy to say this? Well in a sense yes but, equally, Pritchard is in dire need of a move going his way and the switch to QPR, if it happens, could actually work out for him.

He enjoyed his best football under Mark Warburton at Brentford several years ago now and since he has perhaps not hit those heights.

He's still a talented player and perhaps reuniting with his old boss is the best move for him, particularly after a tough season at Huddersfield.

Loser - Albert Adomah

Adomah was naturally excited to head back to local club QPR and fans were pleased to see him too but he's only been a substitute player for much of this season and Pritchard's arrival will probably only increase that fact.

Of course, QPR want to add depth and that is fair enough but Adomah has already been designated a squad player by Mark Warburton and if Adomah's at the club next season, it is hard to see the winger becoming anything further at this stage of his career - even without further additions.

He's a pro, though, and will be eager to help if and when he can.
