Among the likes of Lincoln City and MK Dons up at the top of Sky Bet League Two this season, Yeovil Town are proving that the fourth tier once again is open to anyone.

It is, of course, early days in the season but making a good start is all you can do at this point in the year and that is exactly what the Glovers have done.

On a modest budget, manager Darren Way has put together a side full of good pros and young players eager to prove themselves.

He's been at the club a long time in one form or another so knows exactly what they need and, evidently, in Diallang Jaiyesimi he has got his recruitment spot on.

On loan from Norwich, the 20-year-old is just one of the shrewd deals Yeovil appeared to make this summer just gone and so that's why he is our One to Watch this week:

A player with good strength and pace, he's a real force in the final third.

He can play in a number of positions from attacking midfield through to the top of the pitch and his ability to produce good performances in a number of roles is what makes him stand out.

The ability to combine his strength with speed makes him a nuisance for defences to deal with as he can mix his game up depending on what sort of opponent he is coming up against.

Winger is his best position, though, and that is where he shone at Grimsby last season in the fourth tier as he made over 30 appearances.

What he needs to do now, is add more goals to his game. He didn't get many last year but is at least off of the mark this season so if he can keep that up, the Glovers will only grow fonder of him.

He's made a decent start this season and will be looking for another year full of football.
