Norwich City continued their remarkable run of form with an impressive 4-1 win over Swansea City on Saturday that kept the Canaries top of the league.

It meant for the third game running they managed to score four goals and that cutting edge that Daniel Farke's men have now found in the final third is making them a real force.

Despite that, the German boss is reportedly keen on adding to his forwards in January, with TEAMtalk revealing that the Yellows are one of many sides that are interested in Macauley Bonne.

The Leyton Orient man has scored 16 goals so far in the National League, which has helped his side to top.

Prior to that, the 23-year-old scored 22 goals in the last campaign and does seem capable of playing at a higher level.

Whether that's the Championship though remains to be seen but here we look at what impact a potential arrival could have at Carrow Road, identifying one winner and one loser if the deal goes ahead...

The creative midfielder has been an outstanding signing for Norwich and is linking up well with Teemu Pukki and Jordan Rhodes when he plays.

However, whilst both of those players are very intelligent, they don't have the physical attributes that Bonne boasts and his pace and mobility could allow an attacking midfielder like Buendia more freedom as he stretches play.

Farke is pretty set in his formation and you can't see him changing from a 4-2-3-1 formation any time soon.

Therefore, there's only going to be one position up top and Pukki is going to take some shifting from that role given his form.

But, Bonne's potential arrival could see him as backup and that would push Rhodes down to third choice, which is not what the former Blackburn man will want.
