After a disastrous start to the season, QPR have picked up significantly in recent games, with Steve McClaren's men collecting seven points from the last nine available.

It has really lifted the mood around Loftus Road, which had reached rock-bottom after the embarrassing 7-1 defeat at West Brom earlier in the season.

However, the signings of Tomer Hemed and Nahki Wells have given the R's much more of a cutting edge up top and the team look more balanced as a result.

Despite that, QPR remain just two points above the relegation zone and McClaren knows his side will have to string more results together to get out of trouble, enabling them to look forward.

He will hope that starts against Millwall tomorrow, in what should be a very feisty London derby.

Given the positive recent results, the boss will be reluctant to make major changes, but he could freshen things up for the visit of the Lions.

Here we look at the XI he should go with at Loftus Road...

The keeper was at fault for Bolton's goal on SAturday but having already changed his keeper this season, McClaren will surely give the stopper another chance.

The experienced full-back has been a positive influence since joining and will play against the Lions.

Leistner will have his hands full against Lee Gregory and Steve Morison and QPR will need a strong performance from their summer signing if they are to get all three points.

Similarly, Lynch has the physicality to deal with the Millwall pair and will need to be on his game.

The R's left-back has been an ever-present and is an easy pick for McClaren.

The youngster has incredible ability and will be a major threat for the hosts.

The only change from Saturday could see Scowen recalled after injuries hampered him in recent weeks. Will relish the chance to play in what should be a tough game.

Luongo is a good player at this level and will look to help the R's control the game.

After a slow start to the campaign, Freeman weighed in with a goal and an assist on Saturday and getting the left-footer back to his best will be massive for QPR.

The on-loan striker has done well since joining and is forming a decent parnership with Wells.

Wells has the pace and movement to cause Millwall serious problems and the R's will hope he can be a matchwinner tomorrow.
