Swansea City continued their impressive run of form as they ran out comfortable, 3-1 winners over Stoke City on Tuesday evening.

Goals from Daniel James, Mike van der Hoorn and Oli McBurnie proved to be enough for the Swans, to give Graham Potter's side their third consecutive win.

Seeing McBurnie back on the scoresheet will be pleasing to see for Swansea fans, as the striker marked his return from injury in the best possible way.

McBurnie's goal was his 19th of the season and he'll be keen to add to that tally as the season heads towards a conclusion in May.

Swansea haven't been at their best for the majority of this year's campaign, but are starting to show promising signs in recent weeks, which will be pleasing to see for supporters.

The Swans are next in action when they take on relegation-threatened, QPR at Loftus Road this weekend in a potentially tricky fixture for McBurnie and his team-mates.

The Verdict:

It's good to see him picking up where he left off.

McBurnie has been in excellent form this season and is going to be crucial for Swansea in their last remaining league games in this year's campaign.

I'd be surprised if the Swans managed to keep hold of him in the summer though, especially if he keeps up this impressive run of form.
