Swansea City will be hoping to climb the Championship table further when they make the trip to West Brom tomorrow afternoon.

The Swans, who have picked up 12 points from their opening 10 games, currently sit 16th in the second tier standings and have proven to be quite resilient away from their home ground thus far.

The international break came at the wrong time for Russell Martin and Co. after what was an excellent display and 3-0 result against Hull City.

Three second-half goals secured an impressive victory from the Swans, with Russell Martin hoping that it is a result that has kept spirits and confidence levels high ahead of what is expected to be a difficult test at The Hawthorns.

Whilst we wait and see how the Swans get on in the Midlands, here, we take a look at the starting XI that Swans boss Russell Martin could name for tomorrow's clash...

Starting the last three games for the Swans in the Championship this season, Steven Benda has kept two clean sheets and has conceded just the one goal, and he has positioned himself well for another start against the Baggies.

It is likely to be the same defensive three who start against the Baggies, with a defensive line of Kyle Naughton, Nathan Wood and Ben Cabango bringing a balance of youth, experience, athleticism, ball-carrying ability and defensive intelligence.

Matthew Sorinola has been a creative threat from right-wing-back thus far this season, whilst Ryan Manning was excellent against the Tigers before the international break, with it being likely that the pair will start again.

The trusted duo of Joe Allen and Matt Grimes should be deployed just ahead of the defence, whilst the exciting Oli Cooper and Jay Fulton could start again in a slightly more advanced role than the aforementioned pair.

Michael Obafemi will be pushing for a start after he returned an excellent performance whilst away on international duty with Ireland, however, he may have to be patient with Joel Piroe hitting form prior to the international break, in what is a majorly positive conundrum for Martin to currently have.
