Benfica winger Ola John and Bournemouth striker Tokelo Rantie have arrived at the Madejski Stadium to complete moves to Reading, a club insider from Reading has confirmed to Football League World.
Ola John is an academy product at FC Twente and has one appearance for the Dutch national team, with 55 appearances for the Portuguese Champions.
Rantie only made 12 appearances for Bournemouth last season, managing two goals, and the speedy frontman now looks set for a loan switch to the Royals.
Both players look set for loan moves as the Royals prepare to increase their firepower ahead of the Championship campaign, and to help them mount a potential promotion push this season.
The Berkshire club are also closing in on Watford striker Matej Vydra, but he has not arrived at the Madejski Stadium as of yet.
The Royals have had a successful summer, completely overhauling their squad after a shocking season in the Championship last season, when they finished in 19th place.
