Blackburn Rovers will be looking to make it back to back wins for the first time since September this afternoon, as they host Barnsley at Ewood Park.

Tuesday night's 3-0 win away at local rivals Preston on Tuesday night made it four unbeaten for Tony Mowbray's side, and a similar result here could take them to within touching distance of the play-off places.

Barnsley meanwhile, are coming into this one off the back of just their second defeat in seven games under new manager Valerien Ismael, having lost 1-0 to Brentford at Oakwell in midweek.

Perhaps with that in mind, Mowbray has named a side that shows just one change from the one that won at Deepdale, as Liverpool loanee Harvey Elliott returns to the starting lineup in place of Sam Gallagher, having overcome the knock that saw him forced off less than 20 minutes after coming off the bench at Preston on Tuesday.

Elsewhere, Bradley Johnson is named amongst the substitutes as he returns from the suspension that kept him out of that win at Deepdale.

Taking to Twitter to react to their side's starting lineup, plenty of Rovers fans appeared pleased with the team named by Mowbray for today's game.

Here, we take a look at what some of those Rovers supporters had to say.
