Cardiff City boss Neil Harris today confirmed that Lee Tomlin faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
BREAKING: Lee Tomlin out 'for months' after undergoing groin surgery. Mid-January at very best for his return.

The attacking midfielder was a hugely influential figure for the Bluebirds last season, scoring ten goals and impressing with his ability on the ball as the side reached the play-offs.
However, he has been unable to replicate that this term, with a series of niggles, and a suspension, restricting the 31-year-old to just five league appearances so far.
And, speaking to Wales Online, Harris revealed that Tomlin has required groin surgery to solve an ongoing problem, which will keep him out until mid-January at best.
