Queens Park Rangers fans have had plenty of reasons to be cheerful this campaign, with the R's currently sitting just outside the play-off places, this is a season which promises a lot for Mark Warburton's side.

Given their strong start to the campaign, Warburton's side could realistically mount an unexpected promotion charge, particularly if the likes of Nahki Wells and Jordan Hugill continue their purple patches in front of goal.

With lowly Middlesbrough up next for the R's at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium, the players will surely be confident of building ever further on their current points tally as we head towards the midway point of the season.

Plenty of R's fans were left feeling nostalgic today after the club's official Twitter account posted a throwback clip of former players Adel Taarabt and Hogan Ephraim linking up to score a well taken goal from a few seasons ago, leading to many responses from the R's faithful via social media.
