West Brom boss Slaven Bilic has decided to make changes for Albion's trip to Wigan tonight, with star man Matheus Pereira among those to be rested for the clash.

This will be the second of three games in the space of six days for the West Midlands outfit and it appears that Saturday's local derby against Birmingham City is on the mind of the manager going by tonight's team selection.

That was after the club confirmed four changes from the side that thrashed Swansea last time out.

In fairness, one was enforced, with Conor Townsend replacing Kieran Gibbs at left-back after the ex-Arsenal man picked up a hamstring injury.

Elsewhere, Filip Krovinovic came in for the influential Pereira and Kyle Edwards replaces Grady Diangana down the left flank. The final change saw Charlie Austin given a chance ahead of Hal Robson-Kanu up top.
