Brentford lost 2-1 to bottom-of-the-league Luton Town last night and many Bees fans have been expressing their frustration at the celebrations amongst Leeds United fans.

As has been the case regularly over the past few weeks, Thomas Frank's side made a slow start to the game and found themselves two goals down at the break.

Shandon Baptiste's own goal gave the Hatters their opener after nine minutes before Martin Cranie smashed in a second in first-half injury time.

Ollie Watkins scored a consolation goal late on but the Bees were unable to salvage a result and Luton secured what could prove a vital three points.

It was an evening that will have felt all the sweeter for the home side given Brentford hammered them 7-0 in the reverse fixture at Griffin Park.

The result means that the Bees drop down to fifth in the table and that second-place Leeds could move nine points clear of them this evening.

The Brentford fans were signing "Leeds are falling apart, again" at Griffin Park when the two sides met earlier this season and it appears many Whites supporters have taken this opportunity to exact their revenge.
