Nottingham Forest quiz: Are these 12 facts about the Reds’ history genuine or not?

Coventry, meanwhile, will be looking to kick on after ending a winless run of six games on Friday night, after beating high-flying Reading by three goals to two at St. Andrew's.

Here, we take you through everything you need to know ahead of tonight's game...

Team news:

Forest have received a mixed bag of team news heading into tonight's clash.

Joe Worrall, Fouad Bachirou and Tyler Blackett remain sidelined, however Harry Arter is fit and available after recovering from an ankle injury.

Lewis Grabban, though, will be missing until after the international break due to a hip problem, meaning that he will be unavailable for the next two home games against Coventry and Wycombe.

From a Coventry perspective, Jodi Jones, Wesley Jobello and Julien Da Costa remain long-term absentees.

Stats:

Forest come into this one having scored only five goals thus far this season, with Coventry finding the net nine times. The Sky Blues have conceded 18 goals though, with Forest only shipping 11.

The Reds have had much more of the ball in each of their first nine games compared to City, though, accruing an average possession rate of 51% compared to Coventry's 44.9%.

Form:

Forest come into this clash looking to end a run of four games without a win.

The Reds picked up three successive 1-1 draws against Rotherham United, Derby County and Luton Town, but their unbeaten start to life under Hughton came to an end after a 1-0 weekend defeat to Boro.

Coventry, meanwhile, picked up a win for the first time in seven games on Friday night, defeating high-flying Reading by a goal to nil.

They had lost four of their last six games before that, and have won only twice this season.

Previous meetings:

These two sides haven't faced each other for a while - in fact, their last meeting came in 2012, with Forest picking up a win at the City Ground.

Second-half goals from Garath McCleary and Robbie Findley secured a vital win for the Reds, seeing them climb out of the relegation zone and leaving the Sky Blues sitting 22nd in the league standings.
