There are less than two weeks to go until the January transfer window closes, with Nottingham Forest yet to make a signing.

Nicholas Ioannou and Tendayi Darikwa have both left the club this month, but who could be set to follow them, and who could be set to arrive in the opposite direction?

Here, we round up the latest transfer news and gossip regarding the Reds...

Fouad Bachirou

Chris Hughton is willing to let Fouad Bachirou go out on loan this month, he has revealed to Nottinghamshire Live.

Bachirou joined Forest in the summer, arriving on a two-year deal from Malmo FF, but he has failed to make an impact thus far.

The 30-year-old has made only one appearance for the club which came against Barnsley in the Carabao Cup back in September.

Having recently returned from a hamstring problem, Bachirou could now be set to leave the club on loan this month.

Josh Murphy

Forest have been linked with the loan signing of Cardiff City winger Josh Murphy, as per Football Insider.

Murphy scored eight goals for Cardiff last season, but this time around, he has made only three league starts under Neil Harris.

Forest, Derby and Sheffield Wednesday have been linked with Murphy, with Chris Hughton reportedly looking to reunite with the former Norwich City man.

Ravel Morrison

There is no interest from Forest in Ravel Morrison amid recent reports, Football League World have been told.

Football Insider claim that Huddersfield, Derby and Nottingham Forest have expressed an interest in the midfielder, who is a free agent having recently left ADO Den Haag.

But FLW have been told that a move to Turkey is in the offing for the 27-year-old, with Forest not understood to have an interest in Morrison.
