Nottingham Forest face another tricky test as they travel to face Millwall on Saturday afternoon.

The Reds have endured a torrid season so far that has left them just outside of the relegation zone on goal difference.

Results have been poor but things could be showing signs of improvement following the 2-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday midweek, but they know that a trip to the Den will particularly tough.

Millwall are another side who are finding things tough.

The Lions recently endured a mammoth 10-match winless run that saw them plummet into the bottom half of the Championship table.

But like Forest, a vital midweek victory over Bristol City may have turned the tide.

Both sides will be hoping to avoid defeat in this one, and according to EFL expert David Prutton, the 'massive' return of Lewis Grabban could be what helps Forest to avoid defeat.

Who was the Nottingham Forest manager when each of these 15 Forest moments happened?

Writing for Sky Sports, Prutton said: "Two sides who got a much, much-needed win in midweek.

"Millwall had gone 10 without a victory before winning at Bristol City on Tuesday night, Nottingham Forest beat Sheffield Wednesday the same evening.

"That result has kept Forest out of the bottom three, and they have Lewis Grabban back too, which is massive for them.

"Having said that, I think this one will likely be a draw."

The Verdict

It's hard to properly back either team going into this one.

Confidence will be relatively low for both Nottingham Forest and Millwall and so it's tough to see either of them running away with things.

However if they can both avoid defeat then I'm sure that on current form they'll see that as a decent result.
